As Schneider's Global Digital Demand Generation Program Manager, Dong Meng manages the program lifecycle by delivering great customer experiences across all digital channels to drive conversion. This involves working through business transformation initiatives with Country Leads, adoption of new technologies (like Marketo), solution deliveries and ROI analysis.

Prior to this role, MENG comes with great experience as he held a senior SAP consultant at consulting firm, and various positions in Schneider Digital Practice, including SAP front office manager in China and global deployment, and APAC Regional Customer Experience deployment manager. MENG successfully deployed solutions like SFDC (CRM), Customer Care Excellence, E-Commerce and Partner Relationship Management capability to all APAC countries.
