Charles has been at Microsoft for the past 6 years and currently leads the Marketing Technologies and Operations team in the Cloud and Enterprise marketing group. He and his team support revenue creation by operationalizing and executing global campaigns for Microsoft’s Cloud and Enterprise business. Prior to this he created and led the global inside sales team for Microsoft’s Azure product. Before joining Microsoft, he worked at Dell for 10 years doing demand creation, product marketing, and leading global technical support call centers.

Charles is super passionate about developing teams, using the latest and greatest marketing technology to drive the business, and creating a dynamic culture where people can have fun doing great work. He earned a Master’s Degree in Business from The University of Texas in Austin.

Marcel Florez, President, N3
Marcel has more than 10 years’ experience in technology sales, marketing and consulting. As President of N3, he has worldwide responsibility for all N3 Sales and Delivery.

In service to N3 clients, Marcel constantly strives for above and beyond performance, always measured against ROI, which consistently results in high partner and client satisfaction. Marcel previously served as worldwide lead for N3’s Microsoft relationship, bringing extensive knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem including partners, regions, business groups and segments.

Prior to joining N3, Marcel served as Director of Finance for Latina Link. Marcel holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and an MBA in Entrepreneurship.
